Yes, YOU can do yoga!

Even if you have a bum knee. Even if you have a bad back. Even if you can’t get down on the floor. Chair Yoga is an adapted form of yoga that makes yoga accessible to everyone. Chair Yoga allows you to modify your yoga practice based on your health, your mobility, and your current ability level.

Chair Yoga offers a practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support.

Totally Chair Yoga offers a fully seated practice, and can be adapted as a wheelchair-based yoga practice.

My mission and vision for Chair Yoga is to help everyone experience the benefits of gentle yoga practice – no equipment, special clothing, or yoga mat required. Leave your shoes on, wear what you’re wearing now, and gain the mindfulness based benefits of developing a yoga practice. Whether you want the support of a chair in standing balance poses, or a completely seated Chair Yoga practice, Chair Yoga will work for you! Chair Yoga is Yoga for Everyone!

For your at-home health, I have a variety of Chair Yoga programs:

My YouTube Chair Yoga playlist is always free and updated frequently:
